Electronic Submission of Tutorial
Tutorial proposals may be submitted electronically in either of the following two formats:-
The proposal must follow the guidelines specified in the Call for Tutorials. If using HTML, the entire text of the proposal should be included in a single, linear HTML file named INDEX.HTM so that it can be printed easily.
The following is an example of a ftp session.

However after receiving your electronic cover sheet we will verify the successful submission for you.
After uploading to the ftp site, fill out and submit the electronic cover sheet.
