Congratulations!  I am pleased to inform you that your paper

has been selected by the SC'96 Program Committee for presentation at
the SC'96 Conference and for publication in the Proceedings.  You have
been allotted 30 minutes in the Conference program to make your presentation
and answer questions.
We are enclosing copies of all reviewer comments, an A/V request form, and
further format guidelines for your consideration as you prepare your
revisions.  The August 1 deadline for final revisions for your paper
is a firm deadline.  Please set aside time required for this critical
step.  The Author Guideline's will help direct you with this effort.

In a later mailing, I will be sending a copyright release form for
your signature.  Additionally, as our presentation schedule is finalized,
I will send the date & time of your presentation and the name of your
session chair.  On the morning of your talk, you will be cordially invited
to attend a speaker breakfast in order to meet other speakers and your
session chair.  I will also look forward to meeting you on that morning.
As an SC'96 speaker, you are still required to register for the Conference,
pay the registration fee like other attendees, and arrange for your housing
and other expenses.  You will receive an Advance Information booklet
containing conference forms and lodging suggestions.
