  • Develop timeline, milestones, and ground rules to web
  • Updated "general" Baltimore Convention Center (BCC) floor plan on web for review

March - April

  • Early solicitation for research exhibit abstracts, space and networking requirements, and special needs
  • Website for SC2002 Research Exhibit submissions opens
  • Research Exhibit Application Form:

  • Research Exhibit floor plan finalized

May

Begin Research Exhibit Booth Selection Process for 40x40 & larger

  • 4 weeks allowed for completion
  • Finalize and post results to SC2002 web page
  • Notification process begins

June

Begin Research Exhibit Booth Selection Process for all others (less than 40x40)

  • 4 weeks allowed for completion
  • Finalize and post results to SC2002 web page
  • Notification process begins

July

Research Exhibit "abstract content" Deadline for SC2002 Program

August

  • Research Exhibitor space assignments finalized
  • Distribution of Research Exhibitor kits begins
  • Automated exhibitor check-off list will notify Research Exhibitors of missing application and exhibitor kit requirements.

September - October

  • Complete SC2002 Registration Process
  • SC2002 Research Exhibit Committee follow-up communications with exhibitors.
  • Finalize last minute changes or modifications.

November

SC2002 - Baltimore Convention Center

  • Research Exhibit Committee "Help Desk" on Exhibit floor will be available to all Research Exhibitors as a focal point for problem solving.
  • Help Desk will have email address and telephone to facilitate rapid contact
  • Research Exhibit Committee member will make an in person visit to each Research Exhibit booth at least once/day to inquire about needs or problems
